Are the dough hook and flat beater made of stainless steel on this model?
No, there's a coating. After a year's use (fairly intensive use; professional breads, biscuits, cakes) the coating comes off in places.
No, it's not stainless steel, but it seems very durable nonetheless. So far we haven't had any problems and my wife is delighted....I also use it to make hamburger doughs....while still keeping the quantities small so as not to overload it.
Then, should it be the case in the future, there are the various accessories to buy in stainless steel.
