and what do you think of the battery? from what i hear the battery life is pretty much for the foxes

It depends on how you use it. Depending on how it is used, the battery can last all day or longer. For example, surfing the internet, making phone calls, etc. can easily get you through the day. But if you play a lot on it or use it for graphics, the battery life can be shortened by quite a bit. But with normal use, you can easily get through the day.
