Question about Severin Rk 2425
always worked tiptop, but recently it boils over, the whole bottom is full of water afterwards. I have neither changed the type of rice nor used a large amount of water and rice (2 cups). What is going wrong?

As a renowned rice cooker expert, alarm bells are ringing!!! A pinch of salt and low-lime water should fix his problems. I am reluctant to answer any further questions!
