Question about Samsung Galaxy Buds+

After 4 months of intensive use, the headphones are extremely quiet. New pairing and resetting has done nothing. Be it mobile phone, tablet or PC. I can hear almost nothing even at full volume............ And yes, I clean the Buds+ regularly and intensively with ear sticks and an old toothbrush, my ears too by the way ;-). Is this some kind of SW bug ? I have version R175XXU0AUC3. I am grateful for any help.
