About the Bluetooth function: As far as I have read, I can stream from the mobile phone to the Noxon via Bluetooth. Can I also stream the other way round from the Noxon to a Bluetooth headset?

NO, this is not possible. It is only possible to stream to the radio (from mobile, tablet, PC etc.), but not from the radio to external speakers or headphones.
