A Bluetooth adapter is not included. This is not needed for operation with the XBox. The controller also works with the iPad without an adapter.
Unfortunately no. However, this can be purchased separately here in the shop.
I understand that an adapter is not included with every controller. Otherwise there would be even more electronic waste lying around (after all, it only needs an adapter).
