Question about Poly Voyager 5200 UC

A little monologue, sorry didn't know how else to solve it. Question I can't get my Plantronics / Poly Voyager 5200 UC to connect properly to my Blackberry Z10 (with Blackberry 10 as the operating system). It is shown as a headset. Listening to music is also possible. But making phone calls is not possible. Answer If the headset is connected to Blackberry, the operating system requires an "authorisation request". If this is refused, the headset cannot be used to make phone calls. Background Poly's own "Bitchin' Betty" cannot access the names in the contact list without the authorisation and thus cannot announce the callers. This makes it so out of tune that it fails completely. *flies away*
