2 questions (may also be answered separately by Digitec / Schweighofer...): 1. with or without remote control? (on the first picture you can see the FB - but in the description it says "control via smartphone" - at Enterprise probably "DJI Smart Controller" or "Mavic 2 Remote Controller" or actually nothing? 2. 899g - does this fall under EU drone class C1 (<900g)? (If DJI will deliver the remote identification via SW update soon...) P.S. I know the introduction of the EU rules in CH is postponed. But it may well be that the Council of States does not find the concerns important and the rules will be adopted unchanged - or similar. And one would also like to be allowed to fly / work in the EU area. And then not soon fall under A3 (="only fly far away from people")...

Hello,

Forget it, the item is supposedly no longer available, at least in Germany. I've been annoyed with Galaxus for a fortnight because of this.
Before ordering, I called Hamburg and asked if it was really available, which was confirmed on the phone. So I ordered it for 2256,84€ and of course paid immediately, but it said available within 7 to 11 days... Then, about half a day later, available within 14 to 20 days. Half a day later, the price in the shop rose by a good 600€ to 285x€... Two or three days later, it was available again from 06.01.2021 (as at the beginning of the order), on the alleged delivery date I was told on MY request on the phone that the delivery was delayed and they had to wait for an answer from the supplier, only to finally write to me today (11.01.) that the item was no longer available at all....
However, this item is very well available in other shops.
After reading other reviews, this procedure seems to have a system at Galaxus, first to offer cheap and then, when the order is really so cheap, to have the order cancelled by the customer because of alleged delivery problems. My money was not automatically refunded either, I have to clarify this by phone or email! Personally, I find this procedure on the part of Galaxus to be disgraceful, to say the least!
So much for Galaxus...

To your actual questions:
The "normal" standard controller that you see in the first picture is supplied here, the same as with the Mavic 2 Pro or Zoom. You need the smartphone to display the camera images and for the settings and so on. The drone can definitely NOT be controlled purely via a smartphone.
You can find this drone together with the DJI Smart Controller - instead of the normal standard controller - in another offer here, which by the way is supposed to be available from Friday (mentioned here because of my above-mentioned delivery problem and alleged general unavailability of the drone) of course for a considerable extra charge. For this, you no longer need a smartphone with the smart controller, as an Android screen is already integrated there, hence the hefty surcharge.

If I have understood the new drone rules correctly, a subsequent certification for existing drones in the new C classes (C0 - C4) is not possible for the time being according to the EU, although DJI has announced that it will strive for a subsequent certification for the Enterprise versions and want to implement it emphatically. As far as I am informed, however, this is not yet really certain.
Whether this drone will then be classified in C1 or C2 will then apparently become apparent when it has really been implemented. At least I very much hope so, even though I would rather speculate on C2 (take-off weight with additional module >900g).

The state of affairs is really annoying and regrettable. Deliverability no longer guaranteed, which makes the product rare.

If it helps you, I have one with a big combo. Considering offering it at Digitec, interested?

Best regards
