1. is it suitable as a pressure cooker for dried soybeans?
2. if so, how long do soybeans preserved overnight - if possible - still have to be cooked with it in the pressure cooking process?
I have never cooked soybeans with it but, for example, beluga lentils work wonderfully. You have a cooking function that you can programme by 10 minutes. For example, I cook the beluga lentils for 30 minutes and what's super handy is that you have a timer function that lets you pre-program when the programme should start.
