1. Purefil Filament

The Purefil filament line was specially developed for private use. The use of high-quality raw materials creates a 3D printer filament, which is particularly easy to process. A state-of-the-art manufacturing process achieves very low manufacturing tolerances, resulting in convincing printing results with all FDM 3D printers. Each coil is sealed in a high-quality bag. This filament is based on normal PLA with a wood fibre content of 30%. The wood-plastic mixture can be processed like PLA. The wood content gives your creation a look almost like real wood. After printing, the object looks and smells like real wood. It can be worked like real wood. The printed object can be sanded and painted. The color can be changed during printing by changing the nozzle temperature. At 190°C the surface becomes lighter and at 230°C the surface becomes darker.

2. Polymaker PolyTerra

PolyTerra PLA is a novel bioplastic 3D printing filament that is not only harder than conventional PLA but also less harmful to the environment. By reducing the amount of raw PLA and incorporating organic materials, the plastic content in the material has been lowered by about 40%. The added organic materials give PolyTerra PLA a matte finish. Additionally, Polymaker, the manufacturer of PolyTerra PLA, has partnered with the nonprofit organization One Tree Planted to plant a tree for every spool sold, further emphasizing the eco-friendly aspect of PolyTerra PLA.

3. Purefil abs filament

By using high-quality raw materials, a 3D printer filament is created that is particularly easy to process. A state-of-the-art manufacturing process achieves very low production tolerances, resulting in impressive printing results with all FDM 3D printers. Each spool is sealed in a high-quality bag. Made in Switzerland, with low diameter and roundness tolerances. Polylactic acid is a polymer that consists, among other things, of lactic acid molecules. A heated bed is beneficial for PLA filament, but not strictly necessary. Furthermore, PLA is characterized by significantly more pleasant odor properties compared to other plastics.

4. Purefil PLA filament

The Purefil filament patterns are particularly suitable for small printed objects or for use in 3D printing pens. The use of high-quality raw materials creates a 3D printer filament that is easy to process. A state-of-the-art manufacturing process achieves very low manufacturing tolerances, leading to impressive printing results with all FDM 3D printers. Each coil is sealed in a high-quality bag.

- Made in Switzerland
- Small diameter and roundness tolerances
- Easy to print

Polyactide is a polymer that consists of lactic acid molecules, among other components. We currently offer PLA filament in 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm sizes. A heated bed is advantageous for PLA filament but not essential. We recommend using an air cooler when processing PLA filament. Furthermore, PLA is characterized by a more pleasant odor during processing compared to other plastics. However, the temperature below which PLA starts to soften is relatively low. Even at high temperatures in summer, PLA parts can deform.

As a starting material, PLA is basically biodegradable under special conditions. However, the final product contains pigments and additives, so PLA parts must be disposed of in the garbage and not in the garden. This filament meets the compositional requirements of European Regulation No. 10/2011 on plastic materials intended for food contact.

Characteristics:
- Minimal shrinkage
- Little delay
- Low water absorption
- Soluble in many organic solvents
- High UV resistance
- Low flammability
- Heat resistance up to approximately 60°C

PLA filament, or polylactide, is biodegradable under certain environmental conditions, which are usually found only in industrial composting plants. PLA does not normally decompose in nature, so we do not recommend composting PLA filament or printed parts made from PLA.

Made in Switzerland, with low diameter and roundness tolerances, and easy to print. Our cork filament is a modified PLA with a 30% cork content. The printed objects feel like cork. The printed parts have a pleasantly soft surface. The filament is relatively flexible. The cork filament is excellent for objects that should have a similar look and feel to cork. It is ideally suited for seating surfaces, handles, model building, aircraft models, and more, as cork absorbs a lot of moisture.

- Made in Switzerland
- Low diameter and roundness tolerances
- Easy to print

Lightweight Polyactid is a polymer that expands during 3D printing. With active foaming technology, parts can achieve a weight reduction of up to 70%. The material begins to foam at a temperature of around 200 °C. As the temperature increases, the expansion effect is enhanced. Maximum expansion is achieved at a printing temperature of approximately 250-260 °C. The flow factor can be adjusted with optimal settings.

Made in Switzerland, with low diameter and roundness tolerances, easy to print. Our bamboo filament is a modified PLA with a 30% bamboo fiber content. The printed objects feel like bamboo. The bamboo filament is excellent for objects that should have a similar look and feel to bamboo. It is ideally suited for model building, wooden components, models of wooden structures, etc. Since bamboo absorbs a lot of moisture, we recommend storing the filament always in an airtight package and, if necessary.

8. Purefil abs filament

Polyactic Soft is a polymer that consists, among other things, of lactic acid molecules. PLA Soft is a special type of PLA that is extremely flexible and has high impact resistance. PLA Soft has a 30 times higher elongation at break than regular PLA and is an easy-to-print alternative to TPE. A heated bed is advantageous for PLA Soft filament, but not strictly necessary.
