VOLTIMA SCD12 MPPT Solar Charge Controller Dual 12V 165Wp 50V 12A High efficiency and safety. The VOLTIMA MPPT solar charge controller for motorhomes, caravans, camping vans and marine applications. A solar charger is supplied with energy via solar panels and then stores it in batteries. Using the latest and fastest technology, the VOLTIMA SCD12 MPPT Solar Charge Controller Dual 12V 165Wp 50V 12A maximizes this energy harvesting and intelligently directs it to fully charge batteries in as little time as possible. VOLTIMA's MPPT charge controllers maintain the battery's functionality, extending its life. VOLTIMA MPPT solar charge controllers with "IU1oU2" charging characteristic are connected as a link between solar panel(s) and battery(s). With MPPT technology, the controller continuously determines the maximum power output (MPP) of the solar panels automatically several times per second. It then transforms the excess voltage of the solar module to a higher charging current for the battery (realized by high frequency switching controller technology with high efficiency). This charging current gain ensures shorter charging times and the best possible power utilization of the solar system.
