All nozzles from PrimaCreator are made from high-quality brass or steel (depending on the type) and are manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory. They are produced with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that the filament has a very smooth and clear surface when extruded, leading to better prints. After this process, the material undergoes an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation.

The nozzle is shaped with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. Removing sharp edges from the nozzles is a very important step, as it significantly affects the outcome. If too many sharp edges remain on the nozzle, it becomes more susceptible to clogs. Therefore, it is crucial that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before use. In each batch, some nozzles are selected and cut in half to ensure that all specifications are met and the surface is in perfect condition. The nozzles are then inspected one last time and individually packaged in a protective box - ready for shipping to you.

Recommendations
