Silicone Socks for Volcano
Silicone volcano socks provide a significant increase in temperature stability, which is especially important when the nozzle is cooled with a high airflow to cool the block. The additional cooling, combined with reduced heat radiation from the block to the print, enhances the ability to print large overhangs and bridges while keeping the temperature of the hotend extremely stable. Made from inherently non-stick high-temperature silicone, these socks help keep your nozzles and blocks free from plastic residue. We supply the socks in a pack of three, as, although they are designed to be as durable as possible, they will eventually wear out or degrade. Depending on the temperatures used and the materials you print with, you will achieve different results.

E3D DiamondBack HotEnd for Bambu Lab X1E
E3D is proud to be the only officially approved manufacturer of aftermarket Bambu Lab HotEnds. These high flow HTA (high temperature abrasive resistant) HotEnds were developed in collaboration with Bambu Lab. They are professional HotEnds for professional applications, designed to improve the efficiency of your X1E and enhance the finish of your prints with a simple upgrade.
High Flow
The Bambu Lab X1E printer is built for speed, and while its motion system is remarkable, there is potential for even better performance. E3D's high flow technology increases the volumetric flow rate of the HotEnd by 60%. This means you can expect more reliable and consistent extrusion at the same speeds or increase the volumetric flow rate limit in your slicer to fully utilize the motion system's capabilities.
Hard and Hot
These HotEnds are coated with chromium nitride to provide additional abrasive resistance and corrosion prevention properties up to 320°C. They are perfect for printing engineering-grade materials such as PPA-CF and PPS-CF at faster print speeds. Alternatively, you can maintain your stock profiles and experience improved interlayer adhesion.
Improved Layer Adhesion
High-speed printing often sacrifices visual and functional aspects for speed, but these HotEnds maintain interlayer adhesion strength even at higher speeds, resulting in the correct filament finish and strong parts for functional applications.
No Compromise
These HotEnds are a drop-in replacement for your stock X1E HotEnd, requiring no adjustments to the mount or part cooling. You can complete the upgrade in under 5 minutes with our installation video guide.
Compatibility
This HotEnd is only for use with Bambu Lab X1E.
Supported Filaments:
- Optimal: PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA, BVOH
- Superior: ABS, ASA, PC.
E3D DiamondBack HotEnd for Bambu Lab X1 Series
These premium HotEnds are an official collaboration between E3D, DiamondBack, and Bambu Lab, bringing you the most extreme HotEnd solution to date. The rapid development of fiber, metal, and ceramic filaments has increased the need for abrasion-resistant nozzles. Compared with all the nozzle options on the market, DiamondBack's diamonds deliver unmatched wear resistance and versatility.
Smooth and Hard
Unlock extreme wear resistance on your Bambu Lab printer thanks to DiamondBack’s Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tips. These diamonds are composed of thousands of tiny diamond crystals with a proprietary binder that forms a matrix of crystals joined with diamond-to-diamond bonds. They retain the hardness properties of diamond while reducing the inherent brittleness of a single-crystal diamond, making them a fantastic choice for printing with engineering-grade metal and ceramic-filled filaments.
Precision Printing
DiamondBack nozzles rely on a solid diamond tip to improve precision 3D printing. The tip is not a diamond coating, but rather a solid diamond insert made from the hardest material in the world.
Longevity
The PCD used in these Bambu Lab HotEnds significantly extends nozzle life. It provides best-in-class thermal conductivity, which improves interlayer adhesion for stronger prints, and the low coefficient of friction combined with a polished tip creates super smooth top layers with an ironing-like effect.
Effortless Upgrade
These HotEnds are a drop-in replacement for your stock Bambu Lab HotEnd; no adjustment to the mount or part cooling is required. Maintain your stock Bambu Lab print profiles as they’re a perfect match.
Compatibility
Compatible with Bambu Lab X1-Series. Upgrade to these cutting-edge HotEnds for a superior 3D printing experience with unmatched performance and durability.

E3D DiamondBack Volcano Nozzle
The Diamondback Science team has been developing top-notch diamond products for the energy industry for over 40 years. Team members have recently created a proprietary polycrystalline diamond nozzle (PCD) for 3D printing that can handle even the most demanding applications. It is easier to clean, reduces tip clogging, improves layer adhesion, features a solid diamond tip, is compatible with any filament, has a longer lifespan, lowers operating temperature, and offers unmatched wear resistance.
Precision Printing
E3D nozzles are based on a solid diamond tip to enhance the precision of 3D printing. The tip is not a diamond coating but a solid diamond substrate made from polycrystalline diamond. Diamond is not only the hardest material in the world but also offers class-leading thermal conductivity. It transfers heat from the hotend through the nozzle into the filament, ensuring more precise printing and better layer adhesion with every print.
Every Filament
Diamondback is based on proprietary and patented diamond technology. This groundbreaking technology allows 3D printers to print every filament with the same nozzle. A DiamondBack nozzle can easily print standard PLA and ABS filaments as well as highly abrasive carbon fiber embedded filaments without the need to worry about changing the nozzle. It also enables 3D printing with PLA-Copper, Iron, and Carbon Fiber.
Longer Lifespan
The polycrystalline diamond (PCD) used in every DiamondBack nozzle significantly extends the overall lifespan of the nozzle. The extreme hardness, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity of this unique material make it an ideal solution for 3D printing.
Revo HTX Nozzle HTX nozzles are high-temperature, abrasion-resistant nozzles. Much like ObXidian, HTX nozzles have a hardened steel tip, copper carrier and copper spreader segment to optimise the transmission of heat to the heatsink. The nozzle is then coated with Chromium Nitride to provide abrasive resistance up to 500°C. Frustration-free Each Revo Nozzle is a preassembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one unit, so there’s no hazardous hot tightening and no chance of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating HotEnd leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing! Rapid identification HTX nozzles are grey in colour and have their sizes engraved into them with easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn!.
