Energy monitors
An energy meter is an instrument that measures the amount of electrical energy consumed by a household, business or appliance. Most household energy meters can be used straightforwardly as an intermediate plug or are installed in a control cabinet. Meters can be divided into two types. On the one hand, there are electricity meters, these products measure the supplied energy that is used from the utility grid. On the other hand, there are operating hour meters, which show how long a device has been in operation.
