Material quality very good. Does what it should up to 4k@60Hz (4:2:0). At 4k@60Hz HDR (4:2:2) there is picture jerking and picture dropouts. Anyone who buys this cable for an AppleTV4k and wants to watch HDR films will unfortunately not enjoy it. To be fair, however, it must be said that the description does not advertise HDR suitability.
Pro
which cable is recommended for 4:2:2?
Quote Homepage Club 3D: "Supports resolutions up to 3840x2160p @ 60Hz and HDR".
yes what now?
on UHD Blu-Rays, the films are in 4:2:0 format...
Which cable is good enough for 4:2:2 and apple tv?
Mine gets really hot and has the dropouts too.... (have this one)
@Chasperlisimba @Piranha1990 Das hier sollte sogar bis 4:4:4 unterstützen: [goobay Premium Certified High Speed HDMI mit Ethernet (1m, Midrange)](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/goobay-premium-certified-high-speed-hdmi-mit-ethernet-1m-midrange-video-kabel-6084688)
Also suitable for your requirement would be:
[Lindy HDMI Cable (3m, Midrange)](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/lindy-hdmi-cable-3m-midrange-video-kabel-9670293)
Warning! These are HDMI 2.0 cables, so with a maximum data rate of 18Gbps! (Indicated for 4k just to sell 2.0 stock!!)
For 4K (Ultra HD) with Dolby Vison, take HDMI 2.1 cables with 48 GBPS data rates! and Certification on the packaging with the bar code indicated: ULTRA HIGH SPEED (other mention not recommended) - I can confirm: completely different image and audio quality!
