Super service: Wrong product picture corrected, wrong delivery taken back at no cost!
These pencils are really super because they are very robust! Our whole family has been using them (NORIS HB, red head) for years. So why not buy them from Digitec?
When I ordered them, the picture and the product description didn't match!

Delivered according to product description. :-(
All friends of STAEDTLER pencils buy them because of the colour coding of the head (https://www.staedtler.com/at...). Unfortunately, this did not work for me. Therefore, please do not rely on the picture. It was only after I had received the delivery and was very surprised that I had received the wrong pencils that I did some more research. Unfortunately, I also discovered that the manufacturer's RRP is CHF 0.70, according to the competition. I have already bought so many things from Digitec and have always been very satisfied, but not this time [at first].

The wrong product picture was corrected the following day after I pointed it out.
I sent the pencils back. Digitec took the pencils back without complaint, corrected the invoice accordingly and even paid the postage. Now I am reconciled again.
