Zebra Zd420

With the ZD420, you acquire a fast and user-friendly 104 mm thermal transfer printer. Its movable media sensor allows for the use of a wide variety of media types, including media with offset reflective marks, die-cut notches, or horizontally arranged labels. Through a cloud-based solution, you can centrally monitor and manage all your ZD420 printers.

The ZD420 places a high value on user comfort. The ribbon cartridge can be easily replaced in just a few seconds. Additionally, it can only be inserted in one way, making errors virtually impossible, even for inexperienced users. A chip in the ribbon indicates when it needs to be replaced. Thanks to five intuitive status symbols (Status, Pause, Data, Supplies, Network), you can quickly see what is needed to keep your printer always ready for use.

This variant features a higher print resolution of 300 dpi, ensuring that even small text sizes and symbols are printed sharply and legibly. This model is therefore excellent for smaller labels, such as those on sample containers. The maximum print speed is 102 mm/s. In addition to USB connectivity, this variant also supports wired integration into your local network (10/100 Mbps LAN).
