This 1 kg adhesive powder has been specifically developed to complement the Apparel Printer and the xTool OS1 Shaker Oven. It ensures an even application during automatic powdering and curing. It adheres to the ink application – not to the film – for clean transfers and professional results.

Adhesion and Elastic Print Quality
The TPU-based powder (thermoplastic polyurethane) offers excellent elasticity and stability. It is compatible with cotton, polyester, synthetic fabrics, leather, and canvas. The finished prints are soft, breathable, and durable for up to 100 washes.

Precise Application and Automated Workflow
The fine grain and OS1 compatibility ensure even distribution and automated curing in the print-to-bake workflow. This accelerates throughput, reduces waste, and minimizes manual intervention.

Safety and Handling
