Cooking with the WMF Vitalis is gentle on vegetables, fish, and meat. The steamer is a closed system designed for the stove. The liquid is brought to a boil in the roasting pan. The ingredients in the cooking container are steamed by the rising vapor without coming into contact with water. The integrated thermometer in the glass lid allows for external monitoring without having to lift the lid. This means that the cooking process is not interrupted by unnecessary energy loss.
