Product details

Patch cables are designed for operating frequencies of up to 250 MHz. They are used for signal transmission with high data transfer rates of up to 1 Gbps. Due to the high signal frequencies, careful work is required during installation and assembly, especially at the connection points of the wires. The individual wire pairs in Cat6 are twisted at different tightness, which further reduces susceptibility to interference compared to Cat5e. Applications include voice and data transmission as well as multimedia and ATM networks. A significant advantage of slim patch cables is their use in the cabling of racks and 48-port switches. The extremely thin design and high flexibility help prevent cable clutter, which enhances organization.
