Product details

Patch cables are designed for operating frequencies of up to 250 MHz. They are used for signal transmission with high data transfer rates (1 Gbps). Due to the high signal frequencies, careful handling is required during installation and assembly, especially at the connection points of the wires. The individual wire pairs in Cat6 are twisted with varying tightness, which further reduces susceptibility to interference compared to Cat5e. Application areas include voice and data transmission as well as multimedia and ATM networks. Slim patch cables offer a significant advantage when cabling racks and 48-port switches. Their extremely thin design and great flexibility help avoid cable clutter, allowing for better organization.
