The SpotPear DVK512 expansion shield from WaveShare offers you the following:
- Stacked pin headers to connect other expansions or an LCD
- UART interface: for connecting UART modules for RS232, RS485, etc.
- 8 I/O interface: for connecting expansions such as the Mix Board
- SPI interface: for connecting SPI modules
- I2C interface: for connecting I2C modules
- Character LCD interface: for connecting a 16x02 LCD
- USB port: USB to UART converter (onboard CP2102)
- Power status LED
- User LEDs
- User buttons
- Potentiometer: to adjust the contrast of the 1602 LCD
- RTC battery holder
- PCF8563: onboard RTC chip
- 32.768K crystal: RTC crystal
- CP2102: onboard USB to UART chip, e.g., for debugging
- CP2102 jumper
- RTC jumper
- User LEDs jumper
- User buttons jumper
All used pins can be individually released via jumpers, allowing you to still use all available expansions for your Pi.
At Play-Zone, you will receive the Pear Board including the MixBoard expansion, a remote control, a 16x02 LCD, as well as a USB cable and mounting materials.
The Mix Board includes an infrared receiver, a temperature sensor, and a small joystick with a button.
With the product, you will receive a download link for a customized image file with all example programs for controlling the individual expansions.
