WaveShare Solar Power Manager (C) for 6-24V Solar Panel

This is a solar power manager from Waveshare. The Power Manger supports panels from 6-24V, charging three 18650 Li-Ion batteries (not included) and providing a regulated 5V/3A output via either USB-A or USB-C. The battery can be charged via the USB-C or the solar cell and can be used like a conventional powerbank. If the power bank is only loaded with small currents, it goes into sleep mode and the output voltage drops to 2.5V.
CAUTION: Li-Ion and Li-Po batteries can catch fire or even explode if not used carefully. Always check the polarity of the batteries, never use batteries from different manufacturers at the same time and keep them out of the reach of children.
