The semi-flexible modules are equipped with powerful Active Wire solar cells, which have a cell efficiency of over 20%. Thanks to Active Wire technology, the distances between the wires are reduced, minimizing electrical losses and increasing the flow of electricity. In the event of a cell break, the effect remains locally contained. This innovative conductor mesh ensures high reliability of the module. Additionally, due to the thinner wires, more light is captured compared to conventional surface contacts, and partial shading is minimized. This design maximizes energy yield, even in weak and diffuse lighting conditions.

The integrated aluminum plate provides high stability for the module, meeting the extreme demands in the marine sector. The modules can be optimally utilized on uneven surfaces and rounded areas of a boat. When mounted on solid ground, the EFX solar modules are also walkable.
