The Premium EFX solar modules were specifically developed for marine use but are increasingly finding applications outside the marine sector. These solar modules are often installed in self-sufficient battery applications, such as motor homes, garden sheds, camping, and off-grid systems.

The ActiveWire technology shortens the distances between the conductors of the solar cells, minimizing electrical losses and increasing current flow. If a cell breaks, the effect remains locally limited. This innovative conductor network features 19 busbars, while conventional mono modules typically have just 5, ensuring a high level of module reliability. The thinner wires capture more light than conventional surface contacts, and partial shading is minimized. This design maximizes energy yield, even in weak and diffuse light conditions.

Thanks to the integrated bypass diodes in the junction box, the module can continue to produce electricity even in shaded or low-light conditions. High luminous efficacy, combined with flat installation heights and walkability, makes these modules unique. The integrated aluminum plate ensures high stability to meet the extreme requirements of marine and outdoor applications. The modules can be optimally used on uneven surfaces and rounded levels of a boat or motor home. When mounted on solid ground, the EFX solar modules can also be walked on. Weight savings of up to 80% are possible compared to framed solar modules.
