Product details

The Voltcraft safety measuring lead MSB-501 is optimized for electrical connections and measurements in laboratories and crafts. The rated current is 10 A, and the rated voltage is 1000 V AC (alternating current) and 1000 V DC (direct current). According to CAT IV, the rated voltage is 600 V AC and 1000 V DC.

Extremely flexible: The cable material used is of exceptionally flexible quality. Unlike cheaper and stiffer materials, tangling with the Voltcraft MSB-501 is nearly impossible.

Increased tensile strength: Particularly tear-resistant plastic fibers enhance tensile strength and extend the lifespan.

Heat resistant: The measuring lead is insulated with silicone and is insensitive to heat damage that can occur when working with hot soldering irons.

For your safety: The measuring lead is double insulated in two colors. If the first insulation layer is damaged, a white insulation layer is revealed. This wear indicator reliably shows when the cable is worn out. For safety reasons, damaged measuring leads should be replaced immediately.

Secure contact: The hard-nickel surface coating of the 4 mm safety lamella plugs allows for a high number of mating cycles.
