Victron Energy GX - LTE 4G-E

The GX LTE 4G-E mobile modem from Victron Energy is a highly advanced communication device that allows you to seamlessly monitor and control your solar system. With an integrated LTE module, it ensures reliable real-time data transmission, so you can keep an eye on the status of your energy supply at all times. An active SIM card in mini-SIM format is required for operation, which is inserted directly into the GX LTE 4G-E modem. The GX LTE 4G is compatible with all GX devices and requires the installation of Venus OS version 2.60 or newer on the corresponding GX device.

Features of the GX LTE 4G-E modem include an integrated GPS receiver (requires optional GPS antenna) for internet provision via a SIM card, including a small LTE indoor antenna, compatible with the Octo GX, Venus GX, and Color Control GX for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Korea, Thailand).

Integrated GPS Receiver: The GX LTE 4G is equipped with an integrated GPS receiver. By installing the optional active GPS antenna, you can locate the system in the VRM portal and utilize geo-fencing features. The corresponding accessory part number for the active GPS antenna is GSM900200100.

Important Note: The GX LTE 4G-E only provides an internet connection for the aforementioned GX system control units. Therefore, there is no option to share the internet with laptops, phones, or other devices.
