Converts a 10/100/1000 Mbit/s TP port to Gigabit Ethernet fiber - single mode or multimode, depending on the SFP used. Supports full wire speed conversion for 10/100/1000 Mbit/s speed and media types.

Protocols: IEEE802.3 Ethernet, IEEE802.3i 10Base-Tx, IEEE802.3u 100Base-Tx/Fx, IEEE802.3z 1000Base-X, IEEE802.3ab 1000Base-Tx, IEEE802.3x Flow control.

• Shielded RJ-45 jacks with auto MDI/MDI-X detection
• Auto-negotiation for speed and duplex auto detection

• IEEE 802.3u 100Base-FX compliant
• Forced 100 Mbit/s, full-duplex
• For multimode fiber cable: 62.5/125µm and 50/125µm

Low power consumption: 3W. Power over included power supply (5VDC, 1A). Remark: The converters do not offer a repeater function.
