Vallejo Mecha Color - Dark Steel (69.065)

New formula acrylic paints with a satin finish, extra durable and impact-resistant, specially designed for airbrush surfaces exposed to aggressive handling. The advanced formulation contains a revolutionary component that ensures exceptional adhesion even on the most challenging surfaces and offers high resistance to rough handling, impacts, friction, scratches, and more. Once dry, the Mecha surface looks just like the original plastic of the model, while the smallest details of the original remain clearly visible. The color palette includes primers as well as special paints, also with an exclusive formulation, and a range of colors for aging and weathering effects. It is recommended to apply the Mecha colors in several layers onto the previously primed surface; a few hours after application, the colors are dry and form a homogeneous coating of exceptional strength and durability. Mecha Color can be applied directly with an airbrush or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver, and the colors can also be applied with a brush. The recommended compressor setting is 15 to 20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg. For the best care of the airbrush, we recommend using Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner.
