Support profile for E-Line 7850 PRO trunking applications with trunking coupler. The design concept fulfils the high requirements of industrial applications in terms of quality and durability. With continuous, 13-pole current-carrying profile for fast, tool-free connection of the freely positionable gear trays, conductor cross-section 13 x 2.5 mm², halogen and silicone-free. Management of the thermal expansion of the current routing system is achieved by fixing the conductor and carrier segment at specific points. The electrical and mechanical connection of the individual strip light elements is plugged in and requires no tools. The connection is secured by a latching device and can be released without tools. The electrical quick connector can be removed at the joints of the continuous-row lighting segments. The segments, which are thus electrically separated, can be fed in and controlled separately at the joint. The feed can be positioned along the entire length. A centre feed is provided via 2 feeders or alternatively via a pre-assembled centre feed module (accessories to be ordered separately). The support profile is equipped with 2 knock-out openings for cable glands or cable protection sleeves (PG25) at each end for convenient mains feed and forwarding. The installation direction is indicated on both sides of the support profile to aid installation. Suitable for use in environments that require a protection rating of up to IP54 (IP20/IP50/IP54). The protection rating of the trunking is determined by the gear tray and accessories. If IP5x is achieved in combination with gear tray and accessories, the luminaire is suitable for use in operating sites with a fire hazard in accordance with DIN EN 60598-2-24 (D marking). The support profile body is made of hot-dip galvanised, profiled sheet steel. Coated with protective paint on the inside and polyester paint on the outside, colour white (RAL 9016). Length of the support profile: 1475 mm. The fixing distance in a continuous line application can be up to 4000 mm.
