The Grid 2.0 has double the length of the original Grid. This significantly expands its usage possibilities, especially for treating large areas such as the back muscles. It also offers greater stability and increased comfort during training. The Grid 2.0 Foam Roller is based on a hard inner core and a softer outer layer, which is traversed by a grid of indentations at varying distances. The hard inner core even allows for core workouts, where the device is loaded with the full body weight.
