Transcends M.2 SSD MTS970T comes with a SATA III 6Gb/s interface. The utilized 3D NAND technology represents the current state of the art, employing 112 layers of vertically stacked 3D NAND flash chips. Compared to 3D NAND with 96 layers, this breakthrough in storage density significantly enhances storage efficiency, and the integrated DRAM cache allows for faster access. The MTS970T is built on a printed circuit board with 30µ gold contacts and is manufactured using the so-called Corner-Bond technology. It undergoes extensive testing to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. The endurance values are rated at 3,000 program/erase cycles, and the extended operating temperature range is between -20 and 75 degrees Celsius.
