The Transcend MTE652T M.2 SSD features a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 3 x4 interface and is compatible with the NVM Express (NVMe) 1.3 specifications to achieve impressive transfer speeds. The MTE652T utilizes 3D NAND technology, allowing for 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be stacked vertically. Compared to 3D NAND with 64 layers, this increase in density significantly enhances storage efficiency. The MTE652T is equipped with a DRAM cache for fast access and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. It has a durability rating of 3K program/erase cycles.
