The Transcend M.2 SSD MTE670T features cutting-edge 3D NAND technology, allowing for the vertical stacking of 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips. Compared to 3D NAND with 96 layers, this breakthrough in density significantly enhances storage efficiency. The MTE670T is equipped with a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 3 x4 interface and is compatible with NVM Express (NVMe) 1.3 specifications to achieve unprecedented transfer speeds. It offers 30µ gold contacts and Corner-Bond technology, and has been fully tested to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. The drive has a lifespan of 3K write/erase cycles and an extended operating temperature range of -20℃ to 75℃.
