This machine-manufactured rack features parts that are cut with laser precision, punched with a hydraulic press, and welded by robots to ensure absolute accuracy. All sharp edges are rounded, and the assembly is quality assured according to ISO 9001 standards. The 19" units are mounted on four columns made from a patented zinc alloy that resists electrostatic damage, is strong enough for repeated installations, and has a dirt-repellent surface structure. The columns are adjustable in 25-millimeter increments forward and backward and feature well-designed holes for cable management, with clear unit markings visible even when units are mounted.

The top provides space for the TOTEN Modular Fan System, allowing for convenient external mounting and selectable cooling performance.

At the bottom, there are step-opening cable entry points for up to 1000 network cables, as well as separate holes for power cables.
