The Abt Pro is an exceptionally fine alcohol-based marker. It features a particularly slim body that feels comfortable in hand. It is equipped with two tips: a flexible brush tip for variable line widths and a broad chisel tip for filling large areas with color.

The brush tip is made of nylon, making it particularly flexible and dynamic. After pressure is applied to the tip, it returns to its original shape, allowing for excellent control. The high-quality nylon, combined with the exceptionally fine shape of the tip, enables a natural and elegant glide of the Abt Pro over the paper. This marker allows for particularly artistic and professional results.

The chisel tip is made of polyester, and the line width has been optimized for the needs of illustrators, designers, and architects. The maximum line width is 5.5 mm, and when a line is drawn with the tip, it is only 0.5 mm wide. This allows for a variety of vertical and horizontal line work. It is also excellent for filling in large areas with color.

The alcohol-based ink has a unique characteristic that sets it apart from other alcohol markers: the color flows more slowly and bleeds less on the paper, especially when using the brush tip. This makes the ink more controllable, allowing for particularly precise work and providing a vibrant, streak-free coverage. By applying color repeatedly, depth and shadows can be created, and colors can be mixed and intensified. The Abt Pro is used wherever vibrant and dynamic drawings are required – for example, in illustrations, manga and comic drawings, designs, and sketches in fashion design and product development.
