Level shifter IC from Texas Instruments - specifically designed to convert 3V logic to 5V.
Can be used to connect Neopixels to the Teensy 3.
Simply connect 3V or 5V to the VCC pin and ground the /OE (Output Enable). The A pins are the inputs, and the corresponding Y pins are the outputs.
