Product details
Improved Cooling Performance through Mounting Frame
The Intel 1851 CPU Contact Frame serves as a mounting aid and replaces the original Integrated Loading Mechanism (ILM) of the motherboard. With an optimized clamping pressure, it contributes to improved cooling performance of the CPU coolers.
Overclocking to the Limit
The Intel LGA 1851 CPU Contact Frame replaces the ILM of the motherboard. A special internal contour shifts the clamping pressure from the center to the edges during installation, preventing a concave bulge of the CPU. This increases the potential contact area with the CPU cooler, allowing for better coverage of the hotspot.
