The KryoSheet graphene thermal pads are an excellent alternative to thermal pastes and feature a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity.
The graphene thermal pads from the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used exceptionally well as an alternative to high-performance thermal pastes. Similar to Carbonaut pads, they have a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. However, KryoSheet, as a high-end product, provides significantly higher thermal conductivity compared to Carbonaut pads. This enhanced thermal conductivity is due not only to the choice of materials but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components, thus avoiding the typical aging that occurs with traditional thermal paste. There is no risk of drying out.
The KryoSheet graphene pads feature a stacked molecular structure in the Z-direction. This optimized structure allows for outstanding and consistent thermal conductivity. This is achieved through a specially developed manufacturing process that breaks the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite along the basal plane to exploit the anisotropy of the thermal conductivity of graphite. As a side effect of this elaborate manufacturing process, electrical conductivity is also increased, and the stability of the KryoSheet pads is affected, so the pads should only be used according to instructions.
