Product details
TFA-Dostmann Reference Body TFA 30.3529
When a product needs to be stored in a consistently low temperature range, a thermometer with a cable sensor and alarm function helps monitor the refrigerator or freezer. If the temperature does not remain within the programmed limits, you will be alerted. However, even opening the refrigerator door can cause a temporary temperature change. This can easily lead to false alarms, especially in commercial refrigerators and freezers that are frequently opened and closed. The TFA reference body made of aluminum serves as a temperature buffer and helps to avoid this issue. The sensor of the cable probe is fixed in the reference body and placed in close proximity to the monitored product. Only when the temperature of the reference body changes do the sensors react and trigger the alarm if the set alarm limits are not maintained. The TFA reference body is ideally suited for the digital control thermometer TFA 30.1034 as well as for all WeatherHub cable sensors.
Features
Temperature buffer to reduce the response speed of a temperature cable sensor in a refrigerator or freezer. Prevents larger temperature fluctuations (and thus false alarms) caused by frequent opening of the refrigerator door.
