In addition to its high-quality construction with thick-walled plastic, aluminum gunmetal hinges, and flexible spring steel, the CAGE stands out with its lightweight design, providing exceptional comfort. The extra thick ear cushions pamper your ears for hours, and the built-in ventilation openings prevent overheating. The CAGE connects via USB and jack to PC, PlayStation, and Mac. For Xbox, you can connect it using the included 3.5mm jack cable. All buttons and controls are designed for quick operation, even in complete darkness, so embarrassing mistakes in Teamspeak should be avoided.
With the CAGE, you can game on PlayStation while listening to songs from your smartphone. Or game on PC and take a Skype call at the same time. The CAGE features an internal mixer that combines both signals. Calling your girlfriend to let her know you'll be late is also easy with the CAGE as a headset and your smartphone. Das CAGE Gaming-Headset aus dem Hause Teufel ist insgesamt betrachtet ein sehr solider Kopfhörer, der durch seine Anpassbarkeit und seinen Tragekomfort zu überzeugen weiß. Wir konnten vor allem an seinen äußerst bequemen Ohrmuscheln und dem für ihn konzipierten Teufel Audio Center Gefallen finden, weil dadurch für alle Klangvorlieben etwas dabei ist und so individuelle Ansprüche zufriedengestellt werden...

Die Klangabstimmung ist lebendiger, was dem zuvor und ohne Equalizer-Eingriffe etwas flach wirkenden Sound zu mehr Ausdruckskraft verhilft, die Bässe sind weiterhin knackig, nun aber außerdem etwas kräftiger. Obendrein wurde die Software überarbeitet, das Headset nutzt dazu weiterhin das lizenzierte Xear Audio Center, dieses präsentiert sich nun jedoch dank einer frischen (Teufel-)Skin übersichtlich...
Hochwertige Verarbeitung mit nur wenig Plastikelementen und durchgehend überzeugender Sound machen das Teufel Cage zu einem interessanten USB-Headset für Gamer. Nur die Position der Kabelbuchsen irritierte uns etwas.
