The Filtra Pro FR5101CH oil fryer is a semi-professional fryer with cold zone technology. It holds 3 liters of oil for preparing up to 1.2 kg of delicious French fries. It features a patented catch sieve that can be reused after each frying process. Frying residues are filtered out of the fat, keeping your oil clean. A heating element immersed in the frying fat ensures quick and perfect results. The Filtra Pro Inox & Design is completely disassemblable, and all components - except for the heating block - are dishwasher safe. It is equipped with an adjustable thermostat and a mechanical timer. The lid has a large viewing window to monitor the frying process and is fitted with a metal permanent filter.
