Large capacity for deep frying, thanks to the large capacity of the deep fryer. With 3 liters of oil, you can fry up to 1 kg of potatoes, and the dimensions are 40 x 24 x 20 cm.

Adjustable temperature allows control of the frying temperature for optimal processing depending on the type of food, ranging from 150 to 190 degrees Celsius for all types of foods.

The monitor of the deep fryer features a legend of the recommended temperature for each type of food.

Completely dismountable; all parts of the deep fryer can be disassembled, and except for the control panel and electrical parts, are dishwasher safe, making cleaning easy.

Clean oil for longer; the fryer has an immersion resistance that keeps the bottom oil cold, preventing residue from burning and the oil from taking on unpleasant flavors or odors.
