Record directly using the built-in directional or omnidirectional stereo microphones, connect your own mics to the sturdy, locking Amphenol XLR/quarter-inch jacks, use a camera microphone or a line source for recording, or capture audio from a digital SPDIF source. For studio condenser microphones, 24 or 48 volts of phantom power is available at the XLR inputs, and microphones in mid-side configuration can be decoded before or after recording. This makes it suitable for virtually all applications, from music and voice recordings to ambient sounds, as well as conference and concert recordings.
