Product details
In designing the AirWeave material earcups, SteelSeries was inspired by high-performance sportswear. That's why they feel pleasantly cool and heavenly soft. The core consists of memory foam, which is clad in breathable, moisture-dissipating material, and coated with a layer of special thermoplastic paint that provides noise insulation. This design is a real breakthrough, keeping your head cool and dry while shielding you from ambient noise and allowing you to concentrate fully on the game.
Lightweight design:
The Arctis target was an ultra-lightweight headset that's so comfortable you'll forget you're wearing it. We started from scratch and left out all unnecessary elements. The result is a minimalist design that places the headset more efficiently on your head while being as light as possible.
Microphone:
All Arctis models feature a bi-directional ClearCast microphone. This redesigned ambient noise suppressing microphone provides incredibly clear voice communication that focuses attention fully on what is being said while almost completely blocking out background noise. ClearCast sets the bar high for all future gaming microphones.
SteelSeries 7.1 Surround:
To enjoy 7.1 surround sound, gamers usually had to choose a USB-based headset. Arctis 3 does away with this practice and delivers a true surround experience as an analog headset using the SteelSeries Engine. SteelSeries 7.1 Surround Sound is available for Windows 7 and above only.
Ski goggles strap:
Fancy a change? Customize your Arctis with interchangeable head straps to give your style a new touch in no time. Arctis head straps are equipped with adjustable Velcro straps so you can easily adjust the fit for perfect comfort.
