The Steba sous-vide stick, which is larger in size, is faster than all the other models in our test (To v. 16.0-70.0°c: 13:14 minutes). The programmed temperature is achieved quite precisely (±1.2°C). However, we have to complain that the temperature, once reached, can fluctuate noticeably during cooking (±1.9°C).
