The passive Mini DisplayPort to HDMI video adapter/converter MDP2HDW (white) allows you to quickly connect an HDMI computer monitor or TV to a device with a Mini DisplayPort output (e.g., a Microsoft Surface Pro with mDP) via HDMI/Mini DisplayPort, saving you the cost of a compatibility-related monitor upgrade.

The adapter supports high-resolution output of up to 1920 x 1200, making it a high-quality solution for mirroring or extending a computer desktop to a second display.

This versatile Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter requires a functioning DisplayPort port (DisplayPort ++). Additionally, it is compatible with Intel Thunderbolt output when directly connected to a corresponding DisplayPort over Thunderbolt I/O port.

This adapter allows audio passthrough if supported by the video source. Please refer to the video source's manual for support information.
