StarTech DisplayPort – DisplayPort

Connect DisplayPort-equipped devices up to 15 metres away without signal loss. The 15 m long DISPL15MA active DisplayPort cable is equipped with an integrated, active signal amplifier and enables a connection between DisplayPort-enabled devices up to 15 m away. This is more than double the distance limit of DisplayPort connections of 4.8 metres. This durable yet lightweight active DP cable has a thinner 0.03 mm2 wire that allows for a more flexible installation with minimal clutter. The cable also features an integrated amplifier circuit that actively amplifies the DisplayPort signal without the need for an external power supply. The 15 metre cable offers a bandwidth of 10.8 Gbit/s and supports maximum resolutions up to WQXGA (2560x1600) and optional audio. The cable is both HDCP and DPCP compliant, ensuring that digitally protected content is reproduced correctly. Please note: The architecture of the cable is unidirectional. It must therefore be installed in the correct direction. Observe the "Source" and "Display" labelling on the DisplayPort connectors to ensure that the display device (monitor, projector, etc.) and the DisplayPort source are connected correctly.
