The 2-Port USB Serial Adapter extends a desktop or laptop computer with two serial RS-232 DB/DE-9 (male) ports through a Type A USB port. Attach the adapter to a serial device using the pre-installed and removable slotted D-Sub thumb screws, or install the included DB-9 nuts to ensure compatibility with other serial devices or cables.

LED indicators for data transmission and data reception on each port of the adapter allow for real-time monitoring of connection activity. The USB LED indicates whether the adapter has been successfully connected to the desktop or laptop computer. All LEDs assist in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
