Network features: The PoE media converter is designed to work seamlessly with all network devices that are PoE-capable and support the 802.3af standard or higher. It is equipped with a range of PoE protection features including over voltage protection, over current protection, over temperature protection, and 2KV over voltage protection. The LC slot is compatible with single-mode (10km) and multimode (800m) fibre optic cables up to 1Gbps. A spring-loaded latch protects the port when not in use. The converter supports link fault pass-through, allowing IT administrators to monitor and assess network connectivity at a glance based on LED behaviour.
